Egg trays are the reference application of the GDM ECP platform: the rated capacities of the standard range are expressed on a 30-egg tray with a 320 × 320 mm mould module.
Molded-fiber egg trays combine low weight with mechanical strength. The fibrous structure cushions eggs during transport and stacking, while the open geometry allows ventilation. Production is mould-specific: the tray geometry, transfer handling and drying parameters are configured for the approved tray design.
