Automatic egg tray production — machine, production line and turnkey plant. 600 to 2,200 standard 30-egg trays/hour on 2–6 mould stations. Choose by output and site, not model number alone.
The same production platform can be supplied at different project scopes.
The forming unit with 2–6 mould stations, rated from 600 to 2,200 standard 30-egg trays/hour, an automatic cycle and product-specific moulds.
A complete line adds pulp preparation, tanks, vacuum, compressed air, washing, PLC control and a metal dryer, with supporting systems sized for the selected model.
The line plus a prepared site: foundations, electricity, water, fuel, compressed air and installation access, followed by commissioning and operator training.
Machine, line and turnkey plant use the same ECP architecture; the difference is commercial and installation scope, not a separate technology.
Compare target output with site area, labour and maximum electrical demand. GDM engineering confirms projects that fall between capacity bands.
ECPS-600E: 2 stations, 65 kW, 3 m³. ECPS-900E: 3 stations, 75 kW, 4 m³. Both require about 150 m² and 2–3 workers.
ECPM-1200E: 4 stations, 110 kW, 5 m³. ECPM-1500E: 5 stations, 140 kW, 6 m³. Both require about 180 m² and 2–3 workers.
ECPL-1800E uses 6 stations, 160 kW maximum demand, 7 m³ initial water, an approximately 30 kW vacuum system and 425 kW thermal burner.
ECPL-2200E uses 6 stations, 200 kW maximum demand, 9 m³ initial water, an approximately 45 kW vacuum system and 510 kW thermal burner.
ECPL-1800E and ECPL-2200E both use 6 stations. The capacity difference comes from larger supporting systems, including +50% vacuum and +20% burner sizing.
All models produce egg trays within the supported mould geometry; compatible product-specific moulds enable other molded-fiber products. Explore the complete pulp-molding platform.
