Egg Tray Production Process Engineering

Stable production depends on the interaction of pulp preparation, vacuum forming, water return, transfer and drying—not on one machine in isolation.

Pulp preparation and circulation

Waste paper is processed in the pulper, conditioned through tanks and mixers, and transferred by pumps to the forming section. Verified line architecture includes a pulper, two primary tanks and one secondary tank.

  • Mixing and circulation support pulp consistency
  • Pumps move prepared stock through the process
  • Recipes and operating settings remain product-specific

Vacuum forming and water return

Vacuum draws fibers onto the molding tools while process water returns to the closed loop. Documented vacuum sizing is approximately 30 kW for ECPL-1800E and 45 kW for ECPL-2200E; no ECPS or ECPM value is inferred.

  • Initial system fill is 3–9 m³ depending on model
  • Water is recycled with periodic make-up
  • Mold geometry and machine configuration define compatible products

Transfer and drying

Formed wet products are transferred to a metal dryer. Verified architecture includes an insulated metal body, transfer trays, spare trays, burner and air turbine for heat circulation.
